Job Description

We are looking for a Project Control Officer (PCO) with strong analytical, coordination, and governance experience to support end-to-end project delivery—matching the caliber of a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee project tracking, financials, risk logs, and stakeholder reporting while driving alignment across teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to support project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Monitor budgets, track expenditures, forecast variances, and manage financials across the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain RAID logs, dashboards, project schedules, and status reports.
  • Coordinate governance activities and ensure compliance with project standards.
  • Support stakeholder engagement by preparing and delivering executive-level updates.
  • Assist in vendor management, procurement tracking, and milestone management.
  • Facilitate change control processes and maintain documentation integrity.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination, control, or project management roles.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in managing project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks, risk management, and project controls.
  • PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification (preferred).
