Job description

The Insurance Supervision Group is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Toronto office as a Principal Analyst.

The Principal Analyst will analyze and assess the risk profile and risk management practices of federally regulated property and casualty insurance financial institutions. Responsibilities include conducting assessments/reviews of business and control functions, and ongoing monitoring and analysis of these institutions, focusing on capital strength and emerging risks.

The role involves interaction with senior management and key stakeholders at these institutions, collaborating with OSFI’s risk specialists, and participating in various projects as needed.
