HR Service Jobs is seeking a talented and self‑motivated Web Developer to join our growing remote team. • Design, code, and modify websites from layout to function according to specifications.

• Develop well‑structured, maintainable, and scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.

• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and responsive design for optimal user experience on all devices.

• Optimize website performance for speed and scalability.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and back‑end developers to integrate front‑end components with server‑side logic.

• Conduct testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure smooth functionality.

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging web technologies and best practices.

• Implement SEO strategies to improve site ranking and visibility.

• Manage website content updates and version control using Git or other source management tools.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and responsive frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.

• Hands‑on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.

• Strong understanding of back‑end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or Ruby on Rails.

• Knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL databases.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third‑party integrations.

• Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).

• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a virtual environment.

• Minimum of 1–3 years of hands‑on web development experience (internship or professional).

• Proven portfolio of responsive websites or web applications.

• Prior experience in remote or freelance web development is an added advantage.

• Flexible remote working hours.

• Full‑time position: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

• Occasional weekend availability may be required for urgent deployments or updates.

• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
