HR Service Jobs is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our remote team for the summer term. The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing strategies, organizing promotional events, creating content, and maintaining our digital presence across multiple platforms.
Coordinate and support day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns.
Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and blogs.
Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets aligned with brand guidelines.
Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular marketing reports.
Support event planning, online webinars, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Manage marketing databases and maintain accurate records of campaign results.
Bachelors degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools, including social media management platforms and email marketing software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and online advertising.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
1–2 years of experience in a marketing coordination or assistant role (internship experience will be considered).
Experience in digital content creation, campaign coordination, or brand communication is an asset.
Flexible remote schedule.
Approximately 30–40 hours per week during the summer contract period.
Occasional participation in online meetings or virtual events as required.
Knowledge of marketing principles and campaign execution.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
