A leading logistics technology provider in Southwestern Ontario is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the growing Canadian employee population. The role includes providing HR support, preparing reports, and aiding recruitment. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and at least 4 years of relevant experience. Remote work options are available, alongside competitive compensation and benefits.

- Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience required, preferably in a tech environment.
- Fluency in both English and French is an asset.
- Hands-on experience in employee relations including conflict resolution and performance management.

- Preparing weekly HR reports for the leadership team.
- Supporting the recruitment and selection process.
