A financial services company is seeking an experienced Legal Operations Analyst II to manage their Ironclad CLM platform and support legal teams. This remote role requires 3+ years of legal operations experience, strong proficiency in relevant tools, and excellent project management skills. We are hiring an experienced Legal Operations Analyst II to support Legal Platform Services, including both Vendor Legal and Commercial Legal teams. This role will drive contract operations and technology initiatives across multiple teams. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Product, Business Systems, Financial Systems, Procurement and other internal stakeholders to optimize workflows, implement scalable tools, and streamline processes that enable the business to move faster.
Base Pay Grade: H
Equity Grade: 3
Employees new to the company typically come in at the start of the pay range. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by the parent company.
CAN base pay range per year: $78,000 - $118,000
