Job summary
A leading service provider is hiring a Front Desk Guest Service Associate for a remote lodge near Fort Francis, ON. The role requires excellent customer service skills and oversight of guest services. Candidates must have previous guest services experience and strong communication skills. The position offers comprehensive benefits and transportation from Winnipeg, MB for a rotation of 2 weeks on and 1 week off.

- Previous guest services experience required.
- Previous cash handling experience preferred.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrates organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Greet and provide customer service to guests.
- Supply guests with directions and travel information.
- Book reservations and coordinate registration.
- Operate a register to complete transactions.
- Answer phone calls and deliver messages as needed.
- Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
- Coordinate resolution of guest concerns.
