You’ll partner closely with a Senior Social Media Content Strategist and a full creative studio, ensuring every interaction feels on-brand, human, and unforgettable.
- Manage daily social posts and keep content on schedule.
- Respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and community posts in English and French.
- Keep the brand voice consistent and authentic.
- Track trends, monitor community sentiment, and flag key issues.
- Share feedback and insights to improve future content.
- Help grow an active and loyal community from day one.
- 3+ years in social or community management, preferably with consumer or CPG brands.
- Experience growing and engaging online communities.
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
- Know how TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube communities work.
- Organized and able to manage multiple channels.
- Clear communicator with a proactive, community-first attitude.
- Experience with Shopify-based or eCommerce brands.
- Familiarity with social listening / community tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Khoros).
- Background supporting a brand launch or rapid scale-up.
- Be the voice of a new CPG brand, engaging directly with consumers from launch day.
- Collaborate with a full creative studio and strategist, with supportive leadership and clear vision.
