This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager in Canada.

We are seeking a data-driven Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives. In this role, you will own strategy, execution, and optimization for email, SMS, and website notification campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value. You will collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to support product launches, promotions, and loyalty programs. This position offers a fully remote, global environment where creativity, analytical thinking, and technical execution intersect. You will combine copywriting, storytelling, and data insights to design high-performance campaigns and help inform future product development. The role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives at the intersection of marketing strategy and hands-on implementation.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and website notifications to drive retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Own the lifecycle marketing strategy, including onboarding, activation, retention, and win-back programs, leveraging automation and personalization.
  • Plan and manage campaign calendars for product launches, promotions, partnerships, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with creative and product teams to develop compelling copy, visual assets, and campaign concepts aligned with brand voice.
  • Build, optimize, and analyze automated flows using ESP platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp), conducting A/B tests and implementing performance improvements.
  • Monitor campaign metrics and user behavior to generate actionable insights, improve engagement, and inform future product and marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in lifecycle, email, or CRM marketing, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
  • Experience building automated lifecycle emails, segmentation strategies, and test-and-learn approaches.
  • Proficiency with ESP platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp, and familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and collaboration skills to work effectively across marketing, creative, and product teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging campaigns that resonate with the audience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Nice-to-have: experience in collectibles, gaming, or sports card markets.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
  • Fully remote, flexible work environment with international collaboration.
  • Opportunities to lead impactful campaigns and shape customer experiences across the lifecycle.
  • Professional growth, learning, and exposure to innovative marketing technologies and strategies.
  • Access to a creative, collaborative, and data-driven team culture.
