Targeted Talent
A leading outsourced services provider is hiring a remote Director of Business Development based in Vancouver to expand their services across Alberta. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of B2B sales experience, specializing in the senior living or hospitality sectors. The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $120K to $130K, plus significant commissions based on performance.
We are partnered with a national leader in outsourced hospitality/support services for senior living and healthcare. They elevate resident and patient experience through white-glove dining, housekeeping, and support services, backed by rigorous process, safety, and data-driven program design. In addition to industry leadership (Most Admired Company, FORTUNE 500), they are a multi-time recipient of Great Place to Work and Most Admired Company awards.
The company is expanding its retirement-living offering in Western Canada. They're hiring a senior, hunter-oriented Director of Business Development (Vancouver-based, remote with travel in Western Canada) to build and own Alberta as a greenfield territory in year one, with a path to Senior Director oversight across Western Canada based on performance within 18 months.
Interested candidates, please note: Our team checks for new applicants every day and while we would love to be able to engage with each of you personally, given the high volume of applicants we receive, we are only able to contact candidates who are best suited for this role.
