- Participate actively in regular meetings, courses, and coaching sessions to enhance trading skills.
- Stay updated on market trends, news, and technological advancements.
- Proactively manage risk and uphold trading discipline.
- Passionate about trading, with a strong desire to learn and excel.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in trading or managing investments.
- Basic understanding of financial markets.
- Exceptional decision-making abilities.
- Experience with Java is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Earn a performance bonus of $7,000 for the first $7,000 profits for the firm.
- Receive higher capital levels for outstanding performance and risk management.
- Retain 70-80% of all generated profits.
