• 5-8 years’ experience in Recruitment, HR, or Talent Acquisition, either in a corporate or freelance capacity.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• A passion for learning and self-development, with experience in career coaching and mentoring.
• Motivated for change and eager to take ownership of efforts and success.

• Participate in weekly online learning and development sessions.
• Develop marketing strategies across digital platforms with provided training and support.
• Learn and apply lead generation techniques, conduct structured phone and video interviews, and qualify candidates.
• Facilitate information flow and decision-making with candidates.
• Support onboarding, training, and contribute to team success goals.
