- Proficient in Microsoft Office and major social media platforms
- Strong communication skills, both visual and verbal, with the ability to interface with cross-functional teams
- Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Canva, and Adobe Suite
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation
- Ability to communicate clear direction to creative designers for compelling social content
- Strong research skills to understand trends in the social media industry
