GROCERY SALES CONTROLLER
Job summary
A growing food business in Canada is seeking a GROCERY SALES CONTROLLER to manage key grocery customers and a National Account Manager. The role requires FMCG or retail experience, strong commercial skills, and the ability to build relationships. This is a home-based position with travel to clients across the UK. Qualifications
- Experience from FMCG/Retail or food manufacturing background.
- Experience of UK retail channel, ideally grocery.
- Strong commercial acumen.
Responsibilities
- Manage important multiple grocery customers.
- Oversee a National Account Manager across account portfolio.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.

This role is strongly focused on managing some of the company’s most important multiple grocery customers. You’ll also take responsibility for a National Account Manager who’ll provide significant support across your account portfolio.
- Experience from FMCG/Retail or food manufacturing background
- Experience of UK retail channel, ideally grocery
- Demonstrate high level of commercial skills
- Proven new business development experience
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with both internal and external customers
- Understanding of category management
- Resilience, drive & results oriented
- The role is home based with travel to clients across the UK and head office in the South East.
