What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support to District Vice President(s), including managing schedules and coordinating communications
- Assist with district reporting and expense management, including reconciling budgets and preparing monthly expense reports
- Support event management for district meetings and new branch openings
- Oversee philanthropic requests and manage participation in local area activities
- Ensure adherence to operational risk management and contribute to a high-performance environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in an administrative support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry
- Familiarity with budget management and expense reconciliation
- Event planning and coordination experience
- Strong understanding of operational risk management frameworks
- Bilingualism in English and French
