In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support to our Dutch-speaking clientele, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities
Offer outstanding customer service in Dutch through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Address customer inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns, maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
Accurately document customer interactions to support quality improvement and training efforts.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery and overcome challenges.
Stay updated on company offerings and policies to provide comprehensive information to customers.
Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge of the products and services we offer.
Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but a strong desire to assist customers is essential.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote work environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
Motivation to work remotely from Greece while being an active part of a collaborative team.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by customer needs.
