Responsabilidades
Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
Develop, analyze, and present financial reports to leadership.
Build and maintain financial models for evaluation.
Identify trends and opportunities to improve profitability.
Drive process improvements in forecasting and reporting.
Manage and mentor a team of senior analysts.
Conocimientos
Strong grasp of financial statements
Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Detail-oriented and adaptable
English proficiency; bilingualism may be required
Educación
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
Professional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent)
