Your Mission :

As the Manager FP&A you'll be a key strategic and analytical leader driving the financial planning budgeting forecasting and analysis processes that support data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

You will :
  • Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes collaborating cross-functionally to align with company goals.
  • Develop analyze and present monthly financial reports variance analyses and KPIs to senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain dynamic financial models to evaluate performance investments and strategic initiatives.
  • Deliver proactive insights identifying trends risks and opportunities that improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Drive process improvements and enhance forecasting and reporting tools to strengthen business agility.
  • Manage and mentor a team of senior analysts cultivating a high-performing collaborative and analytical culture.
What You Bring to the Table :

Education : University degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field; professional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent).

Experience : 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A corporate finance or a similar analytical role.

Skills :
  • Strong grasp of financial statements budgeting and forecasting principles.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise; BI / reporting tools (e.g. Power BI Alteryx) are an asset.
  • Excellent communicator who can translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented analytical and adaptable with a growth mindset.
  • English proficiency required; bilingualism (French / English) may be required based on role and region.

Compensation : At BioScript your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role level and geographic location.
