• Prepare monthly payment run schedule for both merchandise and non-merchandise payable
• Process scheduled payment batches for all payment types in a timely manner
• Investigate and resolve invoice or payment‑related inquiries while processing a large volume of invoices
• Verify electronic payment files are processed correctly and validate outgoing funds
• Collaborate with the offshore processing team to assist with process questions or system issues

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting or administrative experience in a medium to large organization
• Strong adaptability in a high‑volume, fast‑paced, and dynamic environment
• Experience navigating complex systems to gather necessary information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office

• Experience in payment processing and reconciliation
• Familiarity with invoicing procedures and vendor management
• Ability to develop and implement process improvements
• Strong problem‑solving skills in identifying root causes of issues
