Job description

Following rapid expansion of new client initiatives, the Fujitsu SaaS practice is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect with strong ServiceNow experience to join our dynamic solutions team.

Workstyle

Remote – Candidates may be based anywhere in Canada.

Role and Accountabilities

Design and develop the technical architecture for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that it aligns with the client’s current and future business needs.

Lead design and implementation of ITSM and ITOM modules, including CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.

Develop integration strategies with external systems and tools.

Conduct discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, conduct process workshops to educate customers on best practices and recommend scalable and sustainable solutions.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, configuration, and customization.

Conduct technical reviews and assessments, ensuring that the ServiceNow implementation is scalable, secure, and efficient.

Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders.

Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and technologies, making recommendations for improvements and upgrades.

Experience in implementing projects such as ITSM, ITOM and Integrations is required.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in REST/SOAP web services and API integrations.
  • ServiceNow experience with a focus on ITSM and ITOM architecture and implementation.
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and develop solutions.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Valid ServiceNow certifications. (CTA, CSA, CIS, CAD etc).
Preferred
  • ServiceNow certifications - Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM, ITOM – Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management.
  • ITIL v3 certification
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills
  • Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities

The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $109,120 to $152,768 CAD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
