Job Title: Business Consultant/Workload Analysis Specialist

Location: Victoria, BC (Remote)

Duration: Contract

Business Consultants are responsible for designing and aligning new business systems with existing processes. They develop and implement change management plans to transition from the current ('as is') to the target ('to be') state. They report to senior managers and collaborate with managers and senior technical and business staff involved in the project, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams in business initiatives to design and align new systems with processes.
• Create and execute change management plans for organizational transitions.
• Apply expertise in Project Management, Business Process Analysis, and Change Management to ensure quality deliverables.
• Manage communication with project stakeholders at all levels and from diverse units.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand needs, document workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Develop and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quantify expected outcomes.

Must Have Skills:

• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams in business systems design and change management.
• 5+ years applying Project Management, Business Process Analysis, and Change Management techniques.
• 7+ years managing stakeholder communication across various levels.
• 10+ years working with diverse technical and business stakeholders to optimize workflows and workload management.
• 10+ years developing and measuring KPIs and outcomes.
