Role Summary

The Grant Writer plays a key role as part of RTV's Partnerships, Grants Management and Reporting Team in supporting the development of compelling, high-quality proposals and reports for institutional donors and foundation partners. This position will focus on writing for restricted and general support funding, responding to detailed donor information requests, and supporting the expansion of RTV's donor pipeline.

This is a mid-level, non-managerial role best suited for a technically strong writer with proven experience in grant writing for international development organizations and a passion for making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

Grant and Proposal Writing

• Write high-quality grant proposals, concept notes, and letters of inquiry for institutional and foundation donors. with a focus on restricted funding opportunities.
• Customize content to align with each donor's strategic priorities, language and reporting requirements.
• Draft narratives that integrate program design, technical components, budgets, log frames, and indicators in collaboration with relevant teams.
