Qualifications

• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a network administrator role or similar.
• Proven experience with Microsoft/Office, call center systems, and PBX systems.
• Good knowledge of networking, routers, and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the company’s network infrastructure.
• Respond to and resolve network issues in a timely manner.
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
