A leading home comfort firm is seeking a Technical Consultant for Grills in a remote role. You will respond to product inquiries from customers, enter warranty orders, and ensure quality service. Candidates with a High School diploma and at least 2 years of customer service experience are preferred. Bilingual skills in French and English are a plus. Qualifications

• High School diploma, College Diploma/Certificate, or University degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in Customer Service.
• Must possess strong communication skills.
• Bilingual French/English an asset.

Responsibilities

• Effectively respond to product information inquiries from Consumers & Dealers.
• Enter replacement parts and warranty orders in CRM application.
• Maintain average quality evaluations of 80% on calls/emails.
• Identify and track product quality issues.
