A leading defense contractor in Canada is seeking an experienced Intermediate Payroll Administrator to join their corporate Payroll team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, responding to employee inquiries, and maintaining payroll records. The position offers a hybrid working model and requires strong experience with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
General Dynamics Mission SystemsCanada is currently hiring an intermediate Payroll Administrator to join our corporate Payroll team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment has a strong sense of initiative and demonstrates effective communication with both stakeholders and colleagues. This position follows a hybrid working model combining home and on-site work.
The role involves day-to-day payroll support including data entry timecard reconciliation and assisting both the Payroll Team and employees with operational tasks. Candidates should have a working knowledge of payroll systems and experience with basic payroll automation.
In this role you will be responsible for producing the biweekly payroll (Oracle Time & Labour and ADP Workforce Now) and performing activities that may include :
