As a District Assistant you will provide confidential, high-level support to our District Managers and their store networks. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same — from coordinating financial reports to supporting recruitment and training, you’ll be at the heart of our district operations.

About the Role
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Be the first point of contact for Head Office inquiries and district communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for District Managers.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and accommodations for district events and training.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with document retention policies.
  • Keep district data up-to-date across systems and platforms.
Store Operations & Financial Reporting
  • Assist in tracking KPIs and financial performance across stores.
  • Run daily/weekly reports to support operational efficiency.
  • Support onboarding, scheduling, and store updates.
Human Resources Support
  • Organize training sessions and track attendance.
  • Maintain accurate HR records in Workday and other systems.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including job postings and transfer requests.
  • Monitor Health & Safety compliance and reporting.
About You
  • Post-secondary education diploma/degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience working in an administrative support capacity.
  • Workday and Workforce Management software experience would be considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-service mindset.
