Job summary
A luxury clothing brand is seeking a Coffee Shop Assistant in Elgin. In this customer-facing role, you will deliver excellent service in a high-quality café environment, prepare and serve hot drinks, and assist with menu choices. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential. Part-time hours of 20 or 24 per week, at a pay rate of £12.60 per hour. Ideal for those who thrive in busy environments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast paced, customer facing role is preferred but not essential.
- Reliable team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver great service consistently.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Prepare and serve hot drinks and take food orders.
- Support the team with general cleaning and tidying duties.
