We’re excited that we are looking to expand our team and we’re on the hunt for great Domestic NDIS Cleaner to support our team in Melbourne in a casual capacity.

Your role will be client facing and represent our team as a whole - and is ideal for someone whotakes pride in their work. The role will provide domestic cleaning services to NDIS participants in their homes, ensuring a clean, safe, and pleasant environment, which may include tasks like dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and potentially laundry.

What you’ll do:
  • Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning kitchens, load and empty dishwashers, remove rubbish, and clean bathrooms, tidying living spaces.
  • Replenish all consumables such as toilet paper, hand towels, liquid hand soaps, etc. within the designated area. Ensure that there are adequate supplies to meet the requirements of these areas.
  • Handle cleaning tasks with care and attention, respecting the confidentiality of sensitive documents and office spaces.
  • Assisting with laundry tasks, including washing, drying, and ironing clothes and linen.
  • Maintaining clean windows to allow natural light.
  • Performing thorough cleaning of areas not typically cleaned regularly, such as ovens or grout.
  • Ensuring surfaces are sanitised to reduce the risk of infection.
Specialised Tasks (if needed):
  • Wash windows and glass surfaces.
  • Adhere to company health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with cleaning standards.
  • Assist with decluttering and deep cleans when required.
What you’ll bring:
  • Prior experience in NDIS domestic cleaning is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliable and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to perform manual cleaning tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, standing for extended periods).
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
  • Demonstrated reliability, trustworthiness, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in a professional setting.
Must have:
  • Willingness to travel within the community to participant homes, appointments, and events.
  • A valid Victorian Driver License.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
