• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Open availability for scheduling
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
• Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

• Experience with new technologies and eagerness to learn
• Access to a desktop or laptop for testing; company-provided equipment may be available
• High-speed internet connection (no wireless/hotspots or satellite)
