Qualifications

• Must possess active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney.
• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state individual 1040 tax returns.
• Audit experience a plus with IRS and state tax authorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and assistance to TurboTax customers.
• Create high-quality customer interactions using video software.
• Document customer interactions and resolve inquiries.
