A leading subscription platform in the UK is seeking a motivated Solutions Engineer to support account management and lead technical discussions. Responsibilities include consulting on best practices and providing support to merchants. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in solutions engineering and strong communication skills. Competitive salary range from £74,000 to £93,000 OTE along with benefits including medical, dental, and retirement plans.

Recharge is looking for a motivated Solutions Engineer to execute on our growth strategy and provide support to our account management team. You will be the foundational link and lead tech resource for the largest merchants leveraging the Recharge platform. Your main responsibilities will include leading technical discussions, performing technical demos, consulting on best implementation practices, and providing merchant support via email and Slack.
You should share our passion for subscription commerce, thrive in a dynamic environment, and have the flexibility and willingness to jump in and get things done. You will be comfortable in a business setting interacting with executives as well as in a technical context discussing the Recharge product. You will also be getting in on the ground floor as an early team member on a high-growth solutions organization and will help shape tools, processes, and training over time.

Salary ranges are designed to be competitive and aligned with country specific practices, while individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience.
