Job summary
A consulting firm is seeking a Business Analyst for remote work across Canada. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in business analysis within healthcare, along with certifications such as IIBA CBAP and Prosci. Responsibilities include documentation of requirements and stakeholder engagement in multiple hospital settings. This position requires a proven track record of successfully implementing projects in the healthcare sector. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential. This is a contract role lasting until June 30, 2026.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in business analysis supporting information system implementations.
- 5 years of experience in healthcare setting requirements elicitation.
- 3 years of experience implementing projects in multiple hospitals.
Responsibilities
- Document customer requirements and business processes.
- Identify and address capability gaps.
- Gather technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders.
