Job summary
A leading healthcare services provider in Laval is seeking a bilingual professional for a clinical support role. You will engage with patients and healthcare professionals via multiple communication channels to assist with drug insurance inquiries and promote patient adherence. Candidates should possess minimum 1 year of experience in pharmacy, customer service, or related fields, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The role offers flexible scheduling and emphasizes quality service.

- Proficient in using computer software tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work rotating shifts from 9 am to 9 pm (AST), Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support through phone, email, and web-based communication to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Manage inbound calls and assist with program enrollment and inquiries related to drug insurance coverage.
- Deliver counseling to patients and support adherence and compliance with treatment.
