• Accurately document customer interactions for service improvement and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and operational goals.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong passion for customer service, particularly in the aviation sector.
• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle inquiries and issues with professionalism and composure.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece.
