• Research and identify potential school and district partners through various outreach methods
• Qualify leads by understanding their needs and facilitate appointments with Account Managers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educators and school administrators
• Manage a sales pipeline, tracking progress towards sales goals in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve lead generation efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience in retail, event management, or customer service
• Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in Sales Automation or CRM software
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and team members

• Familiarity with children’s literature and experience with Book Fairs or school activities
• Proven leadership ability and qualities in previous roles
• Experience in marketing and merchandising strategy execution
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and achieve results
