Front of House Receptionist (Part-Time) PR/028094

We’re delighted to be recruiting for a Part‑Time Front of House Receptionist to join a highly respected global private equity firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone confident, polished, and personable who thrives in a professional environment and enjoys creating a warm, welcoming experience for clients and colleagues alike.

As the face of the firm, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the reception and client areas. You’ll join a collaborative, close‑knit support team and deliver an exceptional standard of service at all times. Day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and hosting guests
• Managing the client floor and coordinating meeting rooms
• Handling couriers, post, and deliveries
• Preparing teas, coffees, and lunches for meetings
• Maintaining a pristine and organised reception area
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless client‑floor operations

This role is ideal for someone with experience delivering white‑glove client service within professional services, financial services, or similarly polished environments. If you bring strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a warm, professional manner, you’ll excel here.

• £40‑45,000 FTE (pro‑rata for three days per week)
• Wednesday ‑ Friday, 9 am ‑ 6 pm
