We’re delighted to be recruiting for a Part‑Time Front of House Receptionist to join a highly respected global private equity firm. The Role:

As the face of the firm, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the reception and client areas. You’ll join a collaborative, close‑knit support team and deliver an exceptional standard of service at all times. Day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and hosting guests
  • Managing the client floor and coordinating meeting rooms
  • Handling couriers, post, and deliveries
  • Preparing teas, coffees, and lunches for meetings
  • Maintaining a pristine and organised reception area
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless client‑floor operations
