- Relevant university degree in health, mental health, psychology, HR, or a related field

- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
- RSO, CPAB, or other insurance-related training
- Experience in budget management
- Extensive background in disability or functional rehabilitation (5 years) or significant experience in active rehabilitation
- Strong interpersonal skills and conflict management abilities
- Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving and a desire to support individuals in returning to work
