What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide technical support to the product group and merchants regarding new products and integrations
- Prepare customized POS test scripts for each solution and generate test results
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for new certifications and assist external developers with variances
- Coordinate testing with partner technicians to implement quality assurance procedures before deployment
- Analyze situations that may create future operational issues and recommend solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
- High School diploma required; post‑secondary education or equivalent experience preferred
- 1‑3 years of experience in a similar role
- Bilingual (French/English) is required
- Excellent communication and writing skills for clear specifications and reports
- Ability to manage multiple activities and tasks under time constraints
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Knowledge of Tandem and Base‑24 systems
- Familiarity with credit card operations and regulations, including Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX
- Strong problem‑solving and investigative skills
- Willingness to take ownership of work to enhance performance
