What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide technical support to the product group and merchants regarding new products and integrations
  • Prepare customized POS test scripts for each solution and generate test results
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for new certifications and assist external developers with variances
  • Coordinate testing with partner technicians to implement quality assurance procedures before deployment
  • Analyze situations that may create future operational issues and recommend solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School diploma required; post‑secondary education or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1‑3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bilingual (French/English) is required
  • Excellent communication and writing skills for clear specifications and reports
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and tasks under time constraints
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Knowledge of Tandem and Base‑24 systems
  • Familiarity with credit card operations and regulations, including Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX
  • Strong problem‑solving and investigative skills
