We are seeking a proactive and experienced individual who will take charge of our talent acquisition strategy, particularly focusing on critical business development roles that foster corporate growth and market expansion.
The Talent Acquisition Lead will operate on a performance-based structure, emphasizing the importance of effective recruitment to influence our company's direct revenue and strategic goals. This position promises to also provide leadership in a remote setting, ensuring that recruitment strategies are aligned with our overall business strategy. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a profound understanding of market trends and an ability to integrate business insights into the recruitment process, optimizing our approach to sourcing and securing top-tier talent.
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to align with the organization’s goals and growth initiatives.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless and effective experience.
- Utilize data-driven analytics and recruitment metrics to assess performance and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Manage remote teams, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure productivity and engagement across global locations.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate these needs into clear recruitment outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to build a robust talent pipeline and enhance the employer brand.
- Leverage advanced sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively identify and attract prospective candidates.
- Engage in continuous learning and development to stay abreast of recruitment trends and innovative talent acquisition strategies.
- Coordinate and implement corporate branding initiatives that attract high-quality candidates and differentiate us in the market.
- Compensation: Performance based (commission).
- Time commitments: Full-time and part-time options are available.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in talent acquisition with at least 2 years focused on recruiting for business development roles such as sales, partnerships, or growth positions.
- Business Knowledge: Proven ability to understand market trends, business strategies, and how talent impacts organizational growth, preferably with experience in a sales-driven or revenue-focused environment.
- Remote Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing remote teams with proficiency in virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, or Asana.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS), data analytics for recruitment metrics, and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills to close high-caliber candidates and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
