DEI Strategy Architect: Anti-Racism & Reconciliation
Job summary
A nonprofit organization in Ontario is seeking a consultant to develop a comprehensive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Strategy. The strategy aims to promote anti-racism, decolonization, and community engagement. Ideal candidates will have expertise in DEI initiatives and experience with health and social service sectors. The role involves conducting assessments, facilitating stakeholder consultations, and supporting ongoing implementation and evaluation efforts. The project is expected to span six months, starting February 1, 2026, with a budget of $25,000-40,000.
