Bookkeeper: Payroll, Ledgers & Financial Reports
Job summary
A financial management company in Toronto is seeking a full-time professional to handle payroll processing and maintain financial records. The ideal candidate will have experience with bookkeeping and tax preparation. This permanent position offers $34.50 hourly with 33 to 38 hours of work per week. Applications are welcome from all Canadian citizens and residents as well as other candidates with valid work permits.
Qualifications
- Experience in payroll processing and bookkeeping systems.
Responsibilities
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
- Keep financial records and maintain various accounts.
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
- Prepare statistical and accounting reports.
- Prepare tax returns.
