Responsibilities
  • Assemble electric motors using diagrams and tools, ensuring efficiency, product quality, and defect‑free work that meets production standards.
  • Require basic computer skills, ability to use Shop Floor Display systems, and understanding of flex flow, day/rank systems, and written instructions.
  • Collaborate with operators/supervisors to address defects, order supplies, and support team objectives through strong interpersonal skills and cross‑training.
  • Prioritize workplace safety, follow guidelines, maintain daily housekeeping, work overtime as needed, and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
  • HS Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
  • Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
