• Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, English, Business, Communications, or a research-intensive discipline
• Experience with online databases and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to synthesize information and manage multiple deadlines
• Strong ethical standards and adherence to confidentiality policies

• Expertise in donor research methodology and moves management
• Knowledge of major gifts fundraising principles
