What you'll do
  • Write and pitch thought leadership content with a North American focus. LinkedIn posts, guest articles, op-eds. The goal is to position our team as people worth listening to in the event management space.
  • Build and manage an influencer marketing strategy. Find the right voices to work with, set up content partnerships, and collaborate with other brands that share our audience.
  • Get our team into podcasts, webinars, and events where it makes sense. You won't run these yourself, but you'll help with strategy, prep materials, and make sure we're showing up in the right places.
  • Plan brand activations at events. Think booth concepts, swag that people actually want, and ways to capture content that works on social. If you're in the States for an event, you'll be on the ground making it happen.
  • Create thought leadership decks for speaking opportunities. Clean slides, strong themes, and messaging that lands with the audience.
  • Build relationships with newsletter sponsors and secure placements in publications our audience reads. You'll pitch, negotiate, and track performance to see what's worth repeating.
  • Develop video content strategies for social. Short reels, behind the scenes clips, customer stories. You'll come up with concepts and work with our team to produce them.
  • Manage content partnerships with other companies. Co-branded resources, joint webinars, guest blog swaps. Anything that puts us in front of new audiences.
  • Design lead magnets that tie into brand campaigns. Guides, templates, toolkits that people actually want to download and share.
  • Track brand awareness metrics and report on what's moving the needle. You'll know which partnerships and campaigns are worth investing more in.
  • Stay on top of trends in event tech and find creative ways to insert our brand into relevant conversations. Reddit threads, LinkedIn discussions, industry Slack groups.
