As an Operations Quality Senior Quality Partner, you are accountable for ensuring your contributions meet our commitments to each other and the We@Roche Diagnostic Commitments. You will build and develop your capabilities to contribute more to the team, customers, and patients. You will apply new approaches to improve your work, increase productivity, reduce costs, or mitigate significant compliance issues within your area of influence. You will work as a strategic business partner to help break down silos (internal and external), leading to the development and production of safe, quality products and services that meet customer requirements throughout their lifecycle. You will push boundaries to enable and implement smart, risk-based, compliant processes that facilitate quick and efficient innovation.
You drive business results and customer value by performing activities required to meet Q&R goals and objectives independently. You can identify improvements and implement them through collaboration with your manager.
You act as a coach for less experienced colleagues, helping them develop skills and expertise.
You prepare documentation and participate in audits as needed. You troubleshoot issues as they arise, develop and implement solutions to ensure daily work is completed without jeopardizing compliance. You communicate significant quality or regulatory issues and risks impacting product quality or compliance in a timely manner to Executive Management.
You advance the work of the Networks, making tradeoffs and breaking silos. You initiate activities independently and foster cross-departmental interactions.
Empower and enable the Networks by maintaining strong partnerships with colleagues and business partners to align on strategic projects and daily activities. You foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Enable the organization's New Ways of Working by acting as a role model for Agile Leadership behaviors and embodying our culture, mindset, and behaviors as outlined in Diagnostics Operating Principles.
You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Life Science, Data Science, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
You have 3-5 years of experience and are recognized as an expert in your discipline.
You have worked in multiple functions within quality management and possibly outside of it. You can manage complex, global projects or possess equivalent experience.
You are based in Branchburg.

The expected salary range for this position based in Branchburg, New Jersey, is $90,900 to $168,900. Actual pay will depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors. A discretionary annual bonus may be available, and the position qualifies for benefits detailed at the provided link.
