A leading insurance company in Calgary is seeking a Claims Adjuster 2, Casualty, responsible for evaluating and settling moderate to high casualty claims. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, conducting thorough investigations, interpreting policy coverages, and maintaining communication throughout the claims process. Candidates should possess relevant insurance adjusting experience, a post-secondary degree, and strong investigative and negotiation skills. The position also entails ongoing training and contributions to employee development.
The Claims Adjuster 2, Casualty contributes to Wawanesa's goal of delivering an exceptional and consistent claims experience through proactive and fair investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of moderate to high casualty claims. This role is responsible for applying and explaining policy coverages and documenting claim files through the life of a claim. The role is accountable for providing timely service and prompt management of your claims pending from initial report to conclusion.
