• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop strategic incentive travel program solutions
• Lead the RFP and proposal process, ensuring compelling content that highlights attendee experiences
• Conduct research on destinations, venues, and trends to create immersive travel experiences
• Manage site selection, pricing negotiations, and contract development with professionalism
• Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure program success

• 5-7+ years of experience in the incentive travel industry or incentive program design
• Strong creative design and copywriting skills
• College degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Business preferred
• Ability to travel internationally for site inspections and industry events (up to 15%)
• Capacity to work remotely under the supervision of a remote Manager/Director

• Experience in international and domestic incentive travel purchasing
• Proven track record in proposal development for incentive programs
• Previous participation in industry events and networking opportunities
• Familiarity with technology implementation and event analytics
• Strong emotional intelligence and cultural awareness in client interactions
