What to Expect
  • Partner with customers to understand their business objectives and define data-driven questions and reporting needs
  • Scope, build, and maintain customer-facing reports and analyses, including both one-time and recurring deliverables
  • Communicate findings from reports and analyses in a clear, actionable way that helps customers make informed decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure alignment between customer needs and product capabilities
  • Implement quality control processes to validate and ensure the accuracy of reports and analyses
Qualifications
  • 1-4+ years of experience in data analytics
  • Experience working with databases and analyzing, validating, and transforming large datasets using SQL
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Looker, Hex, Tableau, or similar
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to manage analytical projects
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in (or consulting for) the Medical Device industry
  • Experience with data scripting languages or statistical/mathematical software, such as Python
  • Experience with BigQuery
  • Experience creating Looker Models
