This is a remote position.

This is a full-time, remote role. First Due is seeking a tech-savvy leader to work as a Client Success Manager supporting some of our nation’s leading public safety agencies. As a First Due Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for running the post-sale client relationship through Deployment, Training, and Support. Your main goal will be to ensure that the public safety agencies we work with are getting the most out of the First Due platform.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience from the Public Safety space.

The Role :

• Managing and developing long-term relationships with our public safety customers across Canada.
• Focusing on client retention and expansion activities to reduce churn and increase ARR.
• Managing relationships with Chiefs, Firefighters, Administration, and IT regarding their needs for the First Due product.
• Identifying upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with our Deployment team to set up customer accounts.
• Lead training sessions for Chiefs, Officers, and Line Personnel on how to use the First Due platform.
• Working with the Product Management team to prioritize customer requests and enhancements.
• Influencing future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall engagement.
